In Kinshasa, on the occasion of the 14th Francophonie Summit, the Swiss Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAE), Didier Burkhalter, highlighted the excellent track record of the two-year Swiss presidency of LaFrancophonie.He also presented a gift from Switzerland to mark the end of the presidency: a new RESCIF project which will endeavour to develop MOOCS (Massive Open Online Courses).
